How long does it take to find a reliable supplier?
It depends on the product and requirements. After reviewing your specs, we typically deliver a shortlist (3–5 suppliers) and align on samples and timelines.
Is AQL quality control mandatory?
Not mandatory, but strongly recommended for new suppliers or high-value orders: it reduces defects, claims and hidden costs before shipment.
Which Incoterms should we use?
It depends on volume and logistics control. FOB is often a solid balance; EXW works when you manage pickup. CIF/DDP can be evaluated for “all-in” solutions.
What info is needed for an accurate quote?
Product specs (materials/dimensions), quantity, packaging, target price, Incoterms and delivery address. If available, include CBM/weight.
